Welcome to Relief Massage Therapy! We offer a combination of in-clinic and mobile massage. The clinic is inside the Osteopathic Wellness Center, conveniently located on Kensington Road just north of downtown. There is ample free parking in front and along the streets to the east and west. 

Rachel Hooker graduated in 2018 from Makami College in Calgary, Alberta, with 3000 hour RMT certification. All her receipts are eligible for insurance reimbursement and direct billing is available.

Rachel has worked a in a variety of multidisciplinary clinics, nursing homes, and fitness centers, as well as providing on the spot mobile massage.

Her focus is finding the right treatment plan for each individual and to restore pain-free mobility using a combination of Rapid-NFR, cupping, and acupressure along with swedish massage techniques. Her passion for weightlifting and yoga has informed a functional approach to assessment and treatment. 

She has completed three Rapid NeuroFascial Reset certifications and is a Rapid-NFR Specialist, which has been very successful at treating some difficult cases. Her treatment plans focus on myofascial and neurofascial restrictions and techniques.
