Your first appointment will take approximately 45-60 minutes for a postural and movement assessment, treatment, and then functional movement instruction, depending on the complexity of the problem.

Prenatal Massage

Lymphatic drainage is a very gentle technique in which excess fluid in the body is drained out of the extremities and back into the core. This type of massage is useful for injury recovery, mild swelling from pregnancy, edema in the limbs, and respiratory illness recovery.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (Clinic)

The ultimate comfort and relaxation all winter long. Relax on a heated table with hot stones warming and releasing all your knots and tension. Massage is performed with hot stones in the therapist's hands so there is lighter pressure used. Combine with the essential oil of your choice to treat mind, body, and soul.

Targeting the head, neck, and face to stimulate fascia, muscles, and nerves, particularly the cranial nerve distribution in the face and scalp.
